Return and Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel, without giving a reason, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.

The right of withdrawal covers the entire edition - the signed, numbered book and the included gifts (card, bookmark, sticker).

How to exercise your right

Write to us at iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and your wish to return it.

Send the book back within a reasonable time after notifying us, to the address you'll receive in our reply.

Return costs

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the Seller refunds the price of the purchased book and the cost of the original delivery to you (up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery type offered on the site).

The cost of returning the book to Pleven is entirely at the buyer's expense.

Condition of the returned book

We expect the book to be in the same condition you received it in - free of wear beyond what's necessary to examine its content.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned book, we refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the order (Stripe).

You are not required to use this form - simply notifying us by email is enough. Fill it in only if you wish to withdraw from the contract (per Annex No. 6 to the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act):
