Legal status and copyright
The seller of the work through ivalazarova.com is Iva Lazarova, in her capacity as author and private individual, under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act (ZAPSP).
The subject of the order is the purchase of a single author's copy of the literary work - the historical novel “To the Last Breath”. This constitutes the realization of the author's own creative work, not a commercial trade activity by occupation.

The seller is Iva Lazarova - an author acting as a private individual (not a registered company), based in Bulgaria. Contact: iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com.
Subject
The subject of sale is the limited signed edition of “To the Last Breath” (a print run of 100 numbered copies).

Delivery is handled by Econt - to an office or address of your choice, within Bulgaria. The delivery cost is prepaid by you via Stripe at checkout, and the author dispatches the parcel as a prepaid shipment (no cash on delivery).
We ship your copy right after hand-signing and numbering, usually within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email once your parcel is on its way.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or by incomplete/incorrect delivery details.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU. This right covers the entire edition.
For the full return and refund process, see our Return Policy page.
Returns and refunds
To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping is at your expense. After we receive and inspect the returned book, we refund the full amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and current. We are not liable for indirect damages or for events beyond our control (force majeure).
Intellectual property
All content - text, title, cover, illustrations and design - is copyright of Iva Lazarova and may not be used without written permission.
Digital products (e-books)
In the future this site may also offer e-books (digital content). The following additional terms apply to them.
Delivery: electronically - via download or online access, with no physical shipment. Access is granted after confirmed payment.
Right of withdrawal: under Art. 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once delivery of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.

Technical requirements: files are provided in standard formats (e.g. PDF/EPUB); the buyer is responsible for having a suitable device or reader.
