Frequently asked questions
When will I receive the book?
The books are already off the press! As soon as you order, we prepare your copy - hand-signed, numbered and packed - then it ships with Econt. From order to delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.
How is it delivered?
We deliver via Econt - to an office or to an address of your choice.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you'll receive an email with a waybill number and a tracking link.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card via Stripe - secure and encrypted. Your card details never reach us.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at iva.lazarova.draws@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help before the parcel ships.
Are the copies really signed?
Yes - each of the 100 copies is numbered and signed personally by Iva, with a personal note of your choice.
What is the returns policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. See our full return and refund policy page for details.
